March 10 3 pm - 4:30 pm A sweet German dessert made with a yeast dough-walnut filling and topped with butter frosting and nuts. Take home 6 of these delicious treats.

March 10 9 am - 11 am Learn to make two 4-inch tart shells with white chocolate, fresh fruit and finished with apricot glaze

March 10 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm Diane Selich, Bakery Supervisor will teach you the art of making the perfect pie crust using lard. Included in the class you will take home a 9-inch apple pie.

Iris Spring Card Folding Cost $20 Class Limit 20
March 10 11 am - 12:30 pm Learn the art of folding paper to make intricate Spring cards. These beautiful hand-crafted cards will be saved for many years to come by their receivers. All supplies will be provided. Each person will make two cards to take home.
